In-app support for iOS apps and websites
Users message you inside your iOS app or site. Replies appear in the app with an unread badge.
What is in-app support?
Users contact you from the screen they are on instead of switching to email. Here is what changes against the two usual ways.
| Question | Email link | Help center | In-app support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where they start | Their mail app | A website, reading | The screen they are on |
| Device and app version | Only if they type it | Not collected | On every message |
| Where your answer lands | Their inbox, if they check it | Nowhere, they read | In the app, with an unread badge |
| Repeat questions | You answer each one | Answered if they find the article | Milo answers, the rest comes to you |
Where should the way in go?
Put it where people get stuck. Each of these is one call.
A row in Settings
Where people look for help, with the unread badge on the row.
Button("Support") {
Feddy.present()
}
.feddyUnreadBadge()Where things go wrong
On a paywall, a failed restore or an error screen, straight to a new message.
Button("Contact us") {
Feddy.presentNewConversation()
}Your website’s Help link
Keep your own link instead of the floating button.
Feddy.init({
projectId: 'fd_…',
launcher: false,
})
help.onclick = () => Feddy.open()What arrives with each message?
Device model, iOS version, app version and language come with every message. Send plan and membership with one call.

Questions
Short answers. The docs have the long ones.
Is in-app support the same as an in-app chat SDK?
No. Chat SDKs like Stream or Sendbird let users message each other. In-app support connects users to your inbox.
Do I need a backend?
No. The SDK talks to Feddy directly using your project ID.
Does it work on Android?
Not yet.
What does it cost?
Free includes 1 project, 3 teammates, in-app replies and keyword answers. Pro adds AI replies for $19 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Put customer support where your users already are
Ten minutes to install. Fourteen days of Pro, no card
