An Intercom alternative for one‑ and two‑person teams

Pick Feddy for in-app support on iOS and the web, with AI on repeat questions. Pick Intercom for a help center, workflows or Android.

Prices checked from Intercom’s pages.

How is Feddy different from Intercom?

  • Pay per workspace, not per seat. Intercom charges per teammate. Feddy Pro is $19 a month with unlimited teammates.
  • AI replies included. Intercom bills Fin per resolved conversation. Feddy Pro includes 500 AI replies a month, and Milo answers only from your answers, site and App Store page.
  • Focused scope. No help center, workflow builder or product tours. Setup is a Swift package or script tag and a project ID.
